Our approach comes from personal experience with sensitive skin and the belief that the products we use every day deserve extraordinary care in their development. We chose babassu oil for its ability to produce a rich, satisfying lather without relying on coconut oil, then paired it with cocoa, mango, and shea butters, alongside apricot kernel and meadowfoam seed oils, for their valued skin-conditioning qualities.
The result of considerable formulation and refinement, Rich Replenish offers an alternative for those who prefer to avoid coconut oil without asking you to compromise on the experience of using a beautifully handcrafted soap.
Finished with delicate green swirls and Fernery, our softly layered fragrance of fresh greenery, delicate florals, and smooth woods, each bar reflects the care we believe everyday cleansing deserves.

Every Rich Replenish bar is made in small batches and cut by hand. Its delicate green marbling is individually created, so slight variations in color and pattern are part of what makes each bar unique.
How to Use
Wet the bar and work into a creamy lather between your hands or against damp skin. Massage gently and rinse thoroughly. Allow the bar to dry between uses to help extend its life.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the fact that they are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on these products. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at support@lolajames.com so that we can make it right.
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
