With respect to glassware items, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
Damages and Issues

Refunds

Yes! We never test on animals, and the majority of our products are vegan. Exceptions are our beard balm which contains ethically sourced beeswax, and our goat milk soap which does contain real fresh goatmilk, obtained from a small local farm.
