How to Use
Warm a small amount between your fingertips or palms until softened. Massage gently into the skin beneath your beard, then work the remaining balm through facial hair to soften and smooth. Use daily or as needed, particularly after washing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the fact that they are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on these products. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at support@lolajames.com so that we can make it right.
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
Damages and Issues

Refunds
